  • How much does a commercial EICR electrical installation condition report cost?

    PRW Electrical Services offer commercial eicr, we only charge for the work we carry out. Our charges are £100 per fuse board and £12.00 per single phase circuit & £18.00 per 3 phase circuit. We pride our selves in honest reporting back with photograph support.  

    We do not find issues with your installation as some cheaper quotes may find.  

  • What is covered in your commercial electrical installation condition report (EICR)?

    Electrical installation condition report are broken into two subjects: (a) visual inspection of fixed wiring and equipment  (b) physically testing of each electrical circuit attached to the installation. Additionally we photograph any non compliant items.

  • Who is responsible EICR for commercial properties?

    The landlord has a legal responsibly to ensure the electrical installation is in a safe working condition. An EICR will high light any poor or dangerous equipment. Call us today you’re your quote. 

  • How long do electrical installation condition report (EICR)?

    Typically, we allow upto a day to complete. However we work around the clients needs, often we carry out this work through the night to minimise disruption.

    Yes, under the health and safety act. its our legal duty to ensure our engineer are in safe working conditions. However we do work around our clients needs.
